Trivum TOUCH PAD

The trivum TouchPad

In 2011, trivum introduced the newly designed TouchPad.

From the basis of a high contrast display with 480x272 pixels and a capacitive touchscreen, a contemporary design has emerged that combines elegance with functionality.

The elegance of the design is also obvious in the user interface.  This has been reduced to only the essentials but with a graphically appealing interface which guides the user intuitively, e.g. through their music collection, light sequences can be selected or saved or their cinema can easily be activated.

The trivum system strikes an impressive balance between standard and customized: despite all the huge possibilities of the trivum Multiroom Systems together with the trivum TouchPad, it is possible for individual customers to have personalized customization without expensive programming.

The strength of the user menu lies in its simplicity: all main functions can be accessed immediately, e.g. there is no need to navigate through the menu in order to listen to the radio, change stations, adjust the volume or turn on the TV.  Changing rooms, forming groups, taking music with you or switching off the music all over the house - it is all intuitive and operated swiftly.  And, thanks to online software updates, the TouchPad is up-to-date at all times.

The trivum TouchPad is designed to be fitted to a wall.  The connection is made using a CAT5 network cable connected to a standard POE (Power Over Ethernet) switch.  The power supply is also provided by this switch.  The flush-mounting box required is the same as that for the M keypad.  Thanks to the same built-in box and cabling being used, the M keypad and the trivum TouchPad can be swapped at any time.
